So I want to buy the game for xbox one to play with friends but I love playing park builder games and simulators on pc, keyboard and mouse is much easier with these games.
Do you receive a windows 10 copy with xbox one purchase digitally?

No the PC game is released on Steam and is separate from the console versions.
Nope not going to be using that.
I think only Xbox's First party games are 'Play anywhere'
I don't see why "playing with friends" is a concern. You do know this game is single player only right? There is no multiplayer. If you have a PC that can handle the game get it on PC. Then you can brag to your peasant friends how it looks better on your PC.
Really you can get it on whatever you want. But if I had a capable computer able to run it at max settings or even high I would go with the PC. Cause a Keyboard and mouse would be better to use than a controller.

From what people are saying it is really easy to control. They designed it to be used with controllers.
Yeah I heard that. I have a wired 360 controller but I would still prefer to use the keyboard and mouse and I hope that isn't hurt by that.
