Realistically alot of buildings have bathrooms in them already, restaurants have bathrooms, hotels have bathrooms and the list goes on. I consider it unnecessary and a waste of time and energy to have to put restrooms all over the park when realistically there's already bathrooms in a lot of the buildings.
Don't Add the need to put restrooms everywhere

I didn’t miss it a whole lot in the original game, but it was eventually added cause it was a very popular ask. I doubt they would go back, and I find I like it better with more complexity. I think a nifty compromise may be a bathroom module in the custom buildings. When you go to Disney the hotels and many restaurants have bathrooms, but many restaurants and shops don’t and there are also many stand alone restrooms.
Realistically no one goes into hotels, restaurants and shops just to use the restroom, and park builders don't want guests to do it either; shops and such are for paying customers, not bathroom goers.
Go to any real world theme park and you'll still find restrooms everywhere... even among the shops and restaurants...
EDIT: I just spent the day at the Columbus Zoo... restrooms literally everywhere.

Okay. The areas that should need restrooms are areas that don't have hotels, restaurants etc.
The problem is that the guests have to get out of their hotels in order to use the restroom. If you don't build any restroom near your hotels, the hotels will be shaded red for the restroom needs. I think that's really stupid.

Exactly. Realistically, every hotel suite already has a bathroom.
Pretty sure that's the fault of design; in JWE buildings either generated needs or fulfilled them, not both. Hopefully this has been changed.
Yeah that was a bad element, should just have them reduce the restroom need.
