Does anyone know how to double the pilot circles? I saw a video with Arisa Lavigny Duval but when I look on Inara I see it's not possible?

Guessing you mean double the combat bond payouts, so you can get paid double for killing thargoids? It's not possible any more, Powerplay 2.0 got rid of that perk.
