It would be nice if we could have these modules marked with a different color or some visible symbol without having to go into detail and check for double modifications. We've accumulated quite a bit of these over the last few seasons, and it would be nice to have them marked somehow. I remember having, for example, double-engineered shields, and these are modules from five years ago, but I can't find them in my inventory anymore and now I don't know if they're on any ships. As for suggestions, a symbol or border in a different color could indicate that there's a unique module from a reward.
