Drive fuel use limit question

If you mean fuel usage for jumps, if you have the cargo racks fitted there is a slider in the Galaxy map Navigation tab for cargo on-board up to the capacity of the ship

Can you explain that via this image, or is there a different tab that I should be looking at?

In the above image, it appears that when I have a full cargo bay of 208 tonnes, that I can make this route in one jump. However, in practice, I am getting the drive fuel use limit message.

Going to go out on a wing here...
Have you collected all the materials required to undertake a level 3 FSD boost, and activated it via the synthesis panel?

My assumption here is no, mostly based on the fact that if you knew what was involved in getting those materials, you wouldn't be wasting it to make a multi-jump trip a single jump.

Not for me to judge, burn materials how you like, but it can take several hours to gather the materials for the 3rd level boost.

If you've got the materials, activate it then you should be allowed to do the jump.

Thank you.

I was not aware that you needed to collect the materials.

A quick question: For FSD Boost Level 1, do I need the basic materials, FSD Boost Level 2 standard materials and FSD Boost Level 3 premium materials?

Use Coriolis or Elite Shipyard websites to check your ship's jump range with and without cargo.

Your T7 doesn't have that big a jump range unless you create the enhanced fuel - use the right hand pane, tab to "inventory", then look at the "synthesis" option.
Quite honestly, it's not worth using the rare resources to enhance a trading run. Save then for when you're exploring and need to jump fi?rather than normal to a region, make sure you can get back though!

The maximum amount of fuel is used by the A class drives -5 tons, although an engineer can tweak the drive for better range and an increase in fuel use.

That is correct. Though as above, probably not worth it for trade runs, the materials take quite some time to gather.
