dssa-passport system not recognising my visit to carrier

I would appreciate any help the community could give me regarding the dssa- passport system.
Although I have docked at the carrier TwitchTvsomdy, the plugin will not reconise my visit.
I have been in the system several days now and updated the journal in ED Market connector but nothing has changed.
An email has been sent to the dssa team but I have had no response as yet.
Has anyone experienced the same problem and is there a way to rectify it.

Well, it is in beta testing, and they do ask you to send any problems to them, I expect they will look into it and get back to you eventually, but since it's in beta I don't think the community will be able to help yet, only the makers.

The EDPS plug-in for EDMC is another community project - not directly linked to / officially part of the DSSA project itself...The EDPS email goes directly to their developers - while contacting the 'DSSA Council' - myself and 3 other Cmdrs - who are currently managing the DSSA - will be via the FleetComm Discord #dsaa-initiative-chat public channel - links to FleetComm etc found in the DSSA forum thread:

That being said - one of the EDPS developers stopped by FleetComm back in March - mentioning they intended to resume work / cleanup on the project...I am trying to get an update and will report back what I learn...
