Dual Throttle

I want dual throttle control so that I can perform a "crazy Ivan" maneuver from Firefly. Anyone else with me?

I' be happy if I could do the viper flip from battlestar galactica without feeling like I'm flying through molasses.

Agreed. Seems to me Imperial ships might be able to have an engine(s) flip around.
