System Nyeajeau XF-T c5-9
Triplet of Earth-like worlds

Not only does this system feature a rare triplet of ELWs (even rarer than "merely" three ELWs in the same system), but the three planets orbit close enough to be mutually tidally locked, and all three skirt the lower limits of mass and temperature for Earth-like habitability. Inhabitants of the inner binary would see a blue-green marble appearing larger than Earth's Moon hanging motionless in the sky. Meanwhile those living on the world that orbits those two would see two brilliant little blue beads juggling together in a neverending dance, their common center likewise fixed in the sky. There would be plenty of time for stargazing too, since thanks to the tidal lock, all three planets have days and nights that last for weeks. The cherry on top, for those interested in exploration credits, is a terraformable WW as the fourth planet.

Proposed name: "Al-Qūhī Oasis" after Abū Sahl al-Qūhī, a great mathematician and astronomer of 10th century Baghdad, who is said to have first developed an interest in parabolic arcs while juggling in the market.

Worth mentioning that I am not the first to visit this system, but while Cmdr Dark_heresy must have made it back to a UC office to claim the tags, said individual never reported this system to EDSM, the ELW survey on this forum, nor returned to map the planets.

Name: Black Triune
System Map Ref: Gehoo AA-A H44

Description: a new triple black hole system.
This system is a Triple Black Hole System. It is NOT the tourist site known as TRA X-1. This is a new discovered system. It comprises of smaller binary black holes rotating around a larger black hole that has a solar mass of 39.26.
This system is past waypoint 3, about 2,500ly, but up high on the galactic plane and on the way to Sag A. It provides a great top view of the galactic core, as well as the site of two rotating black holes within screenshot distance. I've attached imgur link with a few images for reference. I highly recommend checking out this site.

(I realized I didn't have enough info in previous post, forgive the repeated post).

Okay trying again. Sorry about that. Here are the images.

Nyeajaae BO-E c26-2, planet #9, large ringed WW submitting for the WP3 mapping project
No idea how scientifically significant this is but ringed water world @ 26 x Earth Mass, with pristine reserves and 2.64G.

The exact same thing as Daughter's Reach, an ammonia water world with a Terraformable Oxegyn CO2 WW orbiting it. gives a player the option of traveling to either of them.

POI Submission 2:
Name: Barren Terran
Game Ref: Pru Aescs QC-Y d266
Description: Something I haven't seen, possibly a bug. An HMC Terraformable world with a Rocky Terraformable world orbiting it. The Rocky Terraformable world looks landable and cratered but approaching it leads to getting bounced off. Of course then I looked and it says it has an atmosphere but you can't see it.

Hey, finally another trinary ELW set discovered. Excellent find! Although I suppose it's strictly not from DW2, what with it having been already discovered but never shared anywhere. Thanks for sharing it now!

Greetings Commanders! I have a few landmarks I would like to submit for consideration: (sorry about the quality, I had to send my video card in for warrenty)
The first I must give credit to my friend, seeing the game for the first time. As it was getting too late for him to continue exploring he set a bookmark on the way back to Eudaemon Reach. (This system is located right in the middle of the path between the station and the previous POI) Going back to search i found the largest mountain i have seen yet. I first decided to drive up, and after my 3rd "!? it just keeps going!" moment i decided to time the rest of the way and it took about 20min to reach the top using thruster boost often. I had 50% fuel left and 3% chassis (i fell heh) but I made it. Landing on top and flying out level until the ground was more or less flat, my altimeter read 25km! The planet also contains 10 geological signals including magma and sulphur vents. The system is called Lysoosms SM-W d1-88 the planet is 1A

Next we have a small moon with a radius of only 500km, yet it has a whopping 47 geological signals of water types. Not to mention some stellar scenery. Further off the path in the system Flyiedgiae DL-V b16-0, moon: 14A

And WAY down below the galaxy's plane is a combination of the 2: a 500km radius world with a 25km mountain!

Type: Planet (ice)
System: PRU-AESCS FM-L D8-53 3K
Name: House of Black and White

Near the top of the galactic plane, this pure white, highly-reflective planet (orbiting a white star) and its neatly-organized pure white rings make for a striking contrast against the backdrop of mostly intergalactic space.

Hey Guys,
i wonder no one has marked Flyiedgiae MX-T e3-23. It is a big planetary Nebula with a black hole. The whole system looks green shimmery.

Just a reminder that the WP3 mapping event (as outlined on post #3) ends today at 18:00 UTC. Please have your submissions - with screenshots - posted by then. The GMP team will add the best 5 candidate POIs to EDSM over the coming week.

Name: View 2: The Blatteum Bioluminescent Anemone Boogaloo
System: Pru Aescs TD-T E3-9

Info: Body 5 is a ringed HMC body orbiting a ringed Y class brown dwarf. Visible at POI 3 are the rings of the planet, the Y Class BD, the main B-class star and the Milky Way.

POI Name: Black Ice
POI Type: Black Hole with spectacular planetary and geological POI's
GalMap Ref: Shehio OD-S e4-0
Description: An untagged system with only a black hole as the primary star. The planets in the system are only lit from the glow of the galactic core. Many of the planets are landable and have geological POI's with spectacular views of the surrounding nebula.

Planet 4 A, is scarred by ice crevasses that can be up to 10km deep, with geological features that include: water ice geysers and water ice fumaroles. Geological POI (25) is a hazardous location with water ice geysers in a deep chasm surrounded by crags and steep mountains. (This is the only planet I have visited, so many more discoveries can be found in this system)

POI Name: Vestri's Hoard
POI Type: Massive ring around Y class brown dwarf star and stellar phenomena
GalMap Ref: Plaa Aescs JO-H d10-16
Description: A system with 26 bodies. Includes a notable stellar phenomena, a Proto-Lagrange Cloud with Rubeum Metallic Crystals. The 9th body is a Y class brown dwarf with a massive outer ring with an inner radius of 12,055,121KM and outer ring of 30,362,654KM. The total mass for this pristine metal rich ring is 1.5 quintrillion MT. Between A Ring and B Ring are 7 orbiting bodies, two are landable. Unfortunately, scanning of the ring is currently not possible, due to its distance from the star and its size. Besides this mega ring, the system also includes 9 additional planetary rings, two ringed terraformable world (HMC and WW), a ringed Water World, and several landable planets. Explorers should be careful around this ring as it is difficult to see during flight and hull damage is possible.

Named after a dwarf in Norse mythology. Vestri was one of four dwarves who hold up the heavenly dome. Vestri is the dwarf who held up the West.
