Not to be a downer but the odds of you finding a big amazing find are really really low. That being said, that means you'll know when you find one.
But the odds of it being found in Distant Worlds are pretty good!

I seem to find a lot of these around the Conflux* ELWs orbiting a gas giant
I seem to find a lot of these around the ConfluxI posted one here as it's ringed and the gas giant is very close leading to a spectacular view, but i found also 2 others recently by going to WP4 through my usual zigzag pattern..
Heavy Johnson, thank you very much for your reply. I take note of your tips. I did not understand that "unexpectediness" was related to aesthetics, and not to the fact of looking for something in particular.
Not super rare, but rare enough to me, that I found this interesting last night. Only 4 bodies, with a sole neutron star, but also an ELW. I don't usually find ELWs with neutron stars unless it's around a secondary star.
Probably not suitable as an actual submission, but I thought I'd share.
An ELW around a NEUTRON star would qualify as a major discovery to me. Good find! Make sure you get that first discovered tag ASAP.

DOUBLE POSTT
A red, ringed class IV gas giant
These *are* quite rare, and I think our team would discuss the merits of each to see if it is otherwise unique enough.
For reference, one that certainly qualified was "Erik's World": A Neutron star w/ ringed ELW, also with a black hole. That was likely my best find ever.
