I found that my Eagle is located in LHS 3447 Dalton Gateway, I have no idea how to get to it still, or where in that area it is, any none trolling help for a new player would be welcome.

open galaxy map. go to Navigation type in LHS 3447 then click the plot route button. Take of head there, keep an eye on fuel and remember to refuel in case you end up in a system with no station or refuelling ability. or better yet fit a fuel scoop.

If you go to Galaxy map you should be able to search for the system and plot a route. Back in beta you eagle would stay virtual until you used it, then it would be at that station. If that's still true it should be somewhere close

As stated above, galaxy map, navigation, type lhs 3447 into the search, plot route. Once you get to lhs 3447 Dalton gateway will be in the navigation panel on your left screen, lock destinationnand away you go,

Dalton gateway is over 100,000ls from the star you dropped in on.

Also you can check 'system map' once you are there (or anytime for that matter), and see which station it is located at, represented by a little icon.
