Early Access means that you will own the game and will be able to play it as much as you want. It will be updated on a regular basis up to and including the final release of the game at the end of the year. You won't have to purchase the final release, because you already own the Early Release.

Your Early Bird Edition will grant you first access to Planet Coaster months before its official public release, and full access to the complete game upon release.
And continue to play with update's now and then to release .
