My API is not working with EDDI

Yea, same here... now I had to re-add to my game launcher too, and that one updated fine, but EDDI is still being difficult.
This is my 3rd day trying.
Step by step:
Not running VA
Run EDDI (ver. 2.4.0-b4)
Enter in email/password to the API tab
Get to verify request by email.
Go copy OR manually enter the verify.
Back to email entry with audio that "Access to frontier API has been lost..." etc
Variations on troubleshooting: reboot pc, try in lower case, try restart EDDI, try reset EDDI API tab at various times...

So far the Frontier API is working for one member of the EDDI dev team, not working for another, and the third (me) is away from home and can't test. We're in the same boat as you, in other words.
Just wanted others to see the process I used so they can do stuff I haven't done.
Oh my comment wasn't directed at yours, just another data point.
There is a new ED .02 patch to the game, can't seem to find a date or time, just how long... anyone know?

EDMC seems to work consistently now for a lot of people, including myself, lot of data flowing into EDDN logs shown here https://ross.eddb.io/eddn/log
EDDI also 'appears' to be making a connection and syncing station data for me, but not any of the market data or other items I thought EDDI transmitted.

I am guessing based on what I can see on the logs that although EDMC and EDDI are connecting for me .. EDDI is not transmitting commodity\shipyard\market data, apart from basic Station\Faction data?
(Nothing shows up when I filter it commodity\EDDI)

I use 'moderate' setting, when scanning to remove leftover Reg & Folder entries
Once you have removed EDMC , you'll be able to reinstall and enter your Email & Password.
Lot of players are having issues with the API, I can't get EDMC or EDDI to work with the API as of this post

Thank you sutex! I'll wait a bit on doing that route till I start seeing success rates happening. But that is the data I asked for.
I'm among those who can't login to the API. Seems to be mixed reports, some can, some can't. I don't have EDMC installed, only EDDI to enhance VA. On login I get the message:
Unable to log in. this is usually a temporary issue with the frontiers servvice; please try again later.
Mine was a fresh install of Version: 2.3.1 Upgraded to 2.4.0-b4 - sadly, same ish.
No worries. I've heard that the commodities data on the API has changed but I haven't been able to examine changes in detail and I'm still having problems with my connection too. Mind opening an issue on Github for this? https://github.com/EDCD/EDDI/issues/new Thanks!
