Sorry about that. I've fixed the Sidewinder Lightweight Alloy.

I think this is the problem with leaving it up to the tool authors up to their own devices when gathering these details. Some community effort to standardize item IDs to the details EDDN wants would be great.

They are already standardized in the CSV Otis linked to you?
Or there is something I did not understand in your request?

EDDN is not aware from where the data comes, so we do not handle those IDs.

hi there, thanks guys for adding outfitting information to EDDN - I wanted to see it added for a long time.

The outfitting information is now being added to my elite dangerous site, as already had support for outfitting in the database. I guess my database is going to grow further :)

big thanks for the update to EDDN.

I just wondered, could the information on PP be added to EDDN? so we could see which sectors and that each faction owns?

Is the db working as it should? I'm trying to send price updates with the market connector but it doesn't work any longer. Neither seems regulated noise able to send data. Tried on two different stations now, worked yesterday.

I have been trying to collect info on blackmarket prices for smuggling. Unfortunately it is tedious, painful and never-ending. Blackmarkets come-and go so that info would be good to know and be sent via EDDN - also for any given blackmarket the prohibited items may come and go - mostly there are between 1-9 prohibited items that could be sold at blackmarkets (see the station info in System View).

I believe it would be extremely useful and very lucrative if we crowdsourced blackmarket data for smuggling. I would like to see:

* EDDN schema for blackmarkets
* Whether a station currently has a blackmarket (boolean)
* What items are prohibited at the station
* What the blackmarket sell price for each item is (if known)

* An API tool that gets the above info and sends it to EDDN.

Blackmarket prices tend to be tricky to get. They are obviously not publicised anywhere in-game. I'm not sure there will be an API URL that could be used to collect the prices. You only know how much the price will be when you visit a blackmarket AND you are carrying an offending item in your cargo. So, I have just been carrying around a couple of the offending items and visiting stations. I'm talking about items that are purchased LEGALLY from a market and then brought to a blackmarket where they are prohibited (Illegal). I am not talking about items that have been acquired illegally (stolen) - those also have a price on the blackmarket but might be too much to track. Just for the moment I want to track the prohibited items at a station.

Has anyone been working on this or even looked into it?

There's currently no way of automatically retrieving whether a station has a black market, the list of prohibited goods at a station, or the prices of prohibited goods.
So I think your proposal will have to wait 'til Frontier re-open the discussion on providing a supported API.

With Horizons, I assume planetary outputs can be added just like any other station? It would be nice to have a way to differentiate between planetary outposts and stations in the nightly dumps.
