o7 All,

I've been playing ED for a few years now and I'm familiar with almost every 3rd party tool out there, and I use them regularly. However, apart from collecting badges, I can't seem to come to terms with EDSM.

I faithfully upload my logs every other day, with EDDiscovery and EDMC, but nothing shows up properly and I'm not getting any meaningful use out of any of it. The confusing and cluttered interface doesn't help and none of my info is correct. Ships long sold are still in the fleet, ships I have now and constantly upgrade are missing or out of date. My travel logs are totally whacked.

The EDSM concept is really good and I want to like it and use it, but it's just not working out for me. Any tips?
For example, is there a way to get my info cleaned up and fresh. I even uploaded my log files directly to the site.
It took about 3 days but even that didn't help. I love the ship export to Coriolis feature too but not for ships I sold
months ago.The cool travel history video maker is gone, or they moved it, and I can't find it anymore.
Etc. and etc. It's a mess.

Am I missing something? Not doing it right? Thx.

Sounds like it.

Does your flight log show your actual travel? If not then you are doing something wrong. The travel history is still there and pretty obvious - it's linked in lots of places. Called 'Travel Map'. But if you have no data I guess it might be missing.

(Currently using edmc to upload 4 different CMDRs, all working fine.)

Yes, like I said, everything kind of shows up but it's not accurate. It's like my EDSM profile is corrupt or something.
I know the travel map thing, but I was referring to that tool that made a downloadable video tracing your movements.
It was there a few monts back and worked great, now it's just this dumbed down useless static image.
