Notice EGX Paintjob Codes (and the forums) - how to use them!

I'd say, a simple, "we'd like to celebrate the EGX with you and share a code for that EGX paintjob", would have been a nice move...

Expected to keep f5/refresh on loads of forum pages (FB,Twitter, Reddit, ect) is not a good idea.People at work, or different time zones, The skins are already designed, so cost nothing, just a download. So why not just make them multi use for all that wants one to celebrate the event.

Forum drops appear at the top of the forums, below the breadcrumbs. They are only visible for 15 minutes just simply due to how fast they go.
