The forums codes will be this evening UK time (looking at around 6pm to 8pm UK time). Which will be around noon/afternoon North American times.
Facebook and Twitter are set throughout the day.
Reddit will be in an hour or so. (We're going to need Frontier Time soon (Valve Time)...)

They have already posted on twitter 1 hour ago today & will continue to post through out the day & late into the night on twitter.
Not posted on facebook yet today. unless they have while im typing this then I will have missed the chance again.
Just keep an eye on the different media for a chance.
Also to answer another question - The official EGX post said they will have codes for people who turn up & ask for them at EGX. So if you wanted a guaranteed paint code you need to have a ticket & be at EGX.
for every other CMDR not at EGX we are all going to have to be quick.

They're using the definition of 'soon' that Lappish & Sami people adopted decades (or centuries) ago: anything between ~15 minutes & 2 weeks.
