Release Elgato Stream Deck

Hi guys,


I can get the Stream Deck working in every other program I have tried but it refuses to work in ED.
I'm creating hotkeys in the Stream Deck software, assigning a key, that same key is bound on the keyboard in ED as the function I want. Press the key on the keyboard and the thing happens. Press the key on the Stream Deck and nothing happens.
Open a text file and press the keyboard, key prints OK in the text file. Press the key on the Stream deck and the key prints OK in the text file.
ED is not seeing the Stream Deck key presses and frankly it's driving me up the wall.
Please help me.

I know this is late, but it may help someone else as well.

Make sure the Stream Deck software is set to run as an Admin. If it's not, it won't pass they keys to ED.

I had a similar issue. Once I set Stream Deck to Administrator, keys worked as expected.

Oooh - I might be able to help if that didn't work (mine doesn't mind if admin or not)!

After being away from ED for a while I came back and the StreamDeck didn't work: eventually figured out that several recent software versions wouldn't pass modifier keys to ED (fine with other programs). I downgraded to version 3.1.1 (https://edge.elgato.com/egc/windows/sd/Stream_Deck_3.1.1.7457.msi) and all is well. I no longer update...

My main set is as below, but today downloaded lots of icons so probably about to change!
