Same here. I have became allied with so many minor factions on both fed and empire space since becoming Earl and post commander ages ago and still nothing coming up for rank progress.

i did 100 mission all on "high" for the empire, never one single promotion ever showed up ><

It all depends on how much FGCT differs from UTC. I have given most people in the world and all of the USA the information required to work it out for themselves.
