If you're having problems with your shields, then I definitely recommend that you pick up a few cans of "Full Power" :D

Oh you lucky souls who get so agitated for a bit of an extended downtime... back in my days these kinds of things could take several days, uphill both ways, in the snow, running through a hail of frogs, dodging starving direwolves.

Typical the one day I get home early I get 10 mins of playing Elite and then the server goes down for 30 mins, nearly 3 hours later still not up...

Annoying as it is that I could not play Elite I feel for the FD guys with what must be a nasty problem to fix...

They can take all the time they want, it is not a case of life an death. Yes, it is a minor of minor inconvenience, but that is it.

All good things to those who wait, IMO, and I waited 22 years for this game and it has not disappointed one little bit. They have not even finished making the game yet... Just can't wait for all the other features to be added.

Just a shame that the modern world is full to many impatient whiny people who are too quick to throw the toys out the pram, when something is not instantly perfect.
