New Patch!

Ehm High Intensity Resource Extraction Sites are only spawning Mostly Harmless ships. I have restarted many times and its still the same. Is this correct?

When you get a fine you can't pay it unless you logout! [NOT FIXED]


Aren't you checking your patches BEFORE releasing them?

Stuck in never ending warp right now. Couldn't connect to server earlier. Not having a great evening :(

I'm pretty annoyed I have to crash it out. So far, sadly, I've a 50:50 hit rate on successful running.

Tried again. No joy. Totally fedup now.

Possibly a lack of testing, or it did work on the testing environment. These things can happen for a number of reasons, such as the test server not being in the same state as the live server, or someone made an error merging a branch into the trunk on live. Can't say for sure, because i have no idea how they do things there, although someone once said FD use Subversion... no idea how they knew.
 
Dear FD! Could you PLEASE consider a tiny little update for 1.3.03: Please save the calculated hyperspace route in the commander data. I'm sick of configuring it again and again after each disconnect. And while you are at it: Please also save the jump data settings so Idon't have to switch it back to "fastest route" after every game restart.

I second, third and fourth that. And while you're at it, please just save the whole state of the map view. Every single setting gets reset to some defaults after quitting. Would be very much appreciated :)

By the way we're almost 4:15 of initial 0:30 down now :)

No. Check all the people having issues. The problem is not client side unless its in the actual patch itself, in which case FD need to provide a new patch. Most likely its server side. From reports, it might be a load problem. Or it could be a regression, one of the fixes they put in has been undone.

Doesn't seem a lot to ask for, does it?
 
Did they fix the ridiculous W&T on larger ships yet? At the moment it's not worth running a route when a 150-160ly trip costs close to 400k on a Python. Running Diso corn after 1.3 released was actually costing money.
 
Problem is all the bugs were found in testing so why not fix before release, happens every time, testing finds loads of bugs and they release anyway
and then have to carry out emergency fire fighting to get game working again, all of which could have been avoided if they took any notice of the bug reports from testing.
