News Elite Dangerous: Arena is Out Now

Arena is free for a week (until 11th of july) on Steam and official website (https://www.frontierstore.net/usd/games/elite-dangerous-cat/elite-dangerous-arena.html)

I'm not a PvP player so I don't play Arena. But, thank you Frontier for trying to keep this part of your game alive. And don't listen to those ungrateful Steam users who are unhappy with free content.

Making Arena free to play was such a smart move by FDev. CQC needed more players badly.

Can you please uncouple the ranking for CQC/ARENA in the right hand panel? I cannot get a match or game to join so my rank stays the same and is crap!

Arena only shows and make think at new users that Frontier takes your money and abandons you in a cage with no freedom and it's frustrating!!
-NO Customizable lobbies
-NO possibilities to become a Host
-NO Server/Games List
-OLD Maps
-NO Voice Chats
-Eternal loading screens, without knowing if there will be a end.
-No possibilities to use bigger ships( Just for fun)

CQC can be a great game by itself, but maybe someone said; Wait that EVE gets his money, then improve CQC.
