Elite Dangerous does not see my HOTAS now.

I have the HOTAS Logitech X52 pro and up until yesterday ED saw my X52 and I have been using it.
Today ED didn't see my X52 but Windows 10 does see it and I checked in devices and it see it and says it is working.

Is there any reason Windows sees it but ED does not?
I have quite a load on my USB's, could it be a power thing and ED is sensitive to that?

if that don't sort it could as u say be a volts drop PSU issue to remedy that get a mains powered USB hub
