Elite Dangerous flaws in game-design a.k.a i got bored at this game and here is why

Somewhat. It is only your choice if you have sufficient self-control. Many grinders have very little. Telling them to stop grinding is like telling people to stop using crack.
Or me to quit drinking coffee. Lol

I get it's sort of(maybe even is) an addiction.
But it's still in your hands.

It's like blaming coffee makers for my addiction to coffee. :p

And yet, every time we ask you to tell us how or why we are wrong, you fall back "you just are, I don't have to explain anything to you."

Which basically amounts to "I don't have a logical counter argument so just take my word for it." Which, based on on the very limited game play experience of this Loading Screen Sim, I for one am not going to do.
You said the game isn't a sand box and that's not just your opinion but also a fact. How do you make a counter argument to someone saying "blue is red, that's not my opinion but a fact"?

Too repetitive.

Sorry you don't like the game.

Best of luck to you CMDR

He was probably being sarcastic with that?

I see some writers who can`t pass a sentence without a chorus of `him/her` to virtue signal how `non-sexist` they are. I blame the brainwashing education system.

I just say `He` unless it directly pertains to a `her`. If people are too dumb or `pc` to understand I mean both genders in the context of a subject, that`s their problem.

Okay.... Then find something else to enjoy or take breaks. Why spend anymore more time on something you dont like.

Relax and play the game Cmdr.
People don't come here with original thoughts, ideas, or suggestions - there is another forum for it but they don't get the attention they crave.
They just want to verbally flail away at a game they claim to not like/hate/don't play because it fills some need in them.
Oh wait...it's for the good of the game...their way...the righteous way. Sorry.

So we have another frustrated developer here?

You even get lost in your first points, you go from feedback to immersion.

Anyways goodbye have a great time

The OP here is laughable.

1) I have never seen any gaming company listen - much less reach out - to fans as much as Fdev have. Wargaming, Blizzard, whomever, they don't hold a candle to how much Fdev's been taking in player feedback.

2) You're basically complaining there's no ingame version of eddb.io. Fine, you can *ask nicely* for that. In the meantime you can also just use eddb.io, or even pick up other third party tools that work in-game and draw upon the same database that eddb.io uses.

3) Semantic description of what "sandbox" is supposed to mean. And, can someone tell me anywhere Fdev's officially used the word "sandbox" to describe Elite?

4) "Waah, no instant transfer", really, this again? How many times do we have to beat that dead horse before people give it up and put up with believability? Why isn't anybody asking for faster supercruise times, if it's saving time we're concerned about?

5) You have something against limpets, of all things? By the way, they automatically collect things for you and don't self-destruct until they run out of gas if you launch a collector without having a specific target. But you know, you'd have to stop *censor*-posting and learn more about the game to know that, I guess.

6) Yeah, Engineers has lots of problems. I actually agree that it's flawed. But your entire approach here is rude, off-putting, and caustic.
p.s. Dumbfire Missiles, not rocket launchers.

7) Somehow, Fdev have avoided paytowin entirely and the only thing you can actually spend money on are cosmetic items, unlike *many* other games I could name right off the top of my head right now...and SOMEHOW, you're actually complaining about it?

I think we're done here.

why are you mocking me for using the internet as a source ?
elite is not a sand box ,Example i can only change two things thru very linear systems
1. PP i either under mine or delivery merits combat or trading
2. BGS i can chose 1 of 4 to add % to a faction combat, trading, mining, handing in exploration data

they are the only ways i can effect the game world

There are other ways players can leave their mark: Be the first to fly to a unique area and name the place. That's how we got Beagle's Point and Colonia. Help others decipher cryptic clues (like alien ruins) which adds to the game lore. Create a third party tool, to help everyone enjoy the game more. Create amazing videos, like Obsidian Ant, Dr. Kaii, and Vindicator Jones.

You can legitimately argue that some of these things are outside of the game, but my claim is that they do "effect the game world" by changing the way people play the game.
