Does anybody know if there are Elite: Dangerous related iOS apps for us? Like, apps where you insert your PSNid? To keep track of stuff, or to just use eddb.io/stations for example, while at work? Like, if you don't remember what system you're in?

Unfortunately not, I miss the PC tools, especially EDDiscovery.

Hi guys dunno if this thread is ok but i would like to give you guys a suggestion for future update (sorry my english im italian after all but ill try my best to explain as i can): Shouldnt be a bad idea to create a video streaming communication on elite dangerous....

well here one example:

1A Player: Hey guys im on planet XXXX sector etc and i found something nice items or strange alien things

2B Player: Oh great how is it? Show me your webcam on SRV (so basically its appare a small video on right computer board).


I hope this help a idea......is a nice idea but dunno if Frontier will accept as idea.

Nice little idea tho.
There is a gamesharing option outside of the game where your friends can take over your controls via streaming, or even you just streaming while playing.
Admittedly that is outside of the game and the watcher couldn't probably couldn't run elite at same time in background.

Have the Fdev team announced when or if they will implement HUD color options in future updates, are they even considering it? I've seen a few threads requesting it, but haven't seen any responses directly addressing this request.

Silly question really ...... but since the 2.4 update I've been reciving these messages :

"Commander, $##followMissionFaction;


So I'm confused are they asking me to sign up to thier faction , are they giving me a code for more cr's or are they just at me and swearing in some sort of galactic slang .

Any ideas ?

Please help me. Didn't want to open a new topic. How to join a faction on ps4? What screen? I played this for months then stopped last year. Forgot how things works.

I want to join Federation. Now green colour with them. Will go SOLsystem later.
