Hello friends, here's another old commander waiting. I can't wait since I played the game in the 80's. I became Elite in combat twice, on the ZX Spectrum and Commodore 64. Almost on the Atari ST as well, until the floppy disc crashed, destroying the game + data.:O
Anyway, I ordered the disc version of ED on PS4 last night, hopefully it will arrive soon. FD is keeping their mouths shut as well on their website, not much news from them.:x
Interesting and good luck! Given that we have no idea when the digital version will be released (Best bet is mid June right now) which has a confirmed release window, there is absolutely no idea when the physical version will be released - FDev have indicated 'later this year' and after the digital version for sure!

Yeh I so want to order the disk too but not taking that risk without some dates now.
(or at least confirmation disk and digital are simultaneous).

im going digital, mainly because i would rather have the game without risking the disk get scratched or lost at a critical moment
