On a serious note, I'd say perhaps the Codex and the Forums.
In Galnet you have to remove too much clutter.
The codex pretty much has everything in it.
I am fighting the bugs, but each new update brings even more bugs to block my progress. My last fight was exiting to the desktop.
That's less of a fight, and more tactical retreat. Lol

On Inara you can filter the Gal Net Archive for tags. Pretty nice feature. Otherwise Canonn's webpage seems to be the best out of game reference imho.

The first rule of GalNet is that you don't read GalNet. After that being said, you do what you do in your normal life: read magazines, listen to the radio or watch the TV.
