Unbeknown to most, the real reason behind the CMDR Braben Bobblehead is because Chuck Norris took it upon himself to be David Braben's motivational inspiration coach. Whenever David Braben was struggling with writer's block, Chuck Norris took it upon himself to roundhouse kick David Braben in the back of the head. The bobblehead is a nod to Chuck Norris' unflinching inspirational prowess.

Chuck Norris doesn't have to wait 10 minutes for his rare goods allocation to refresh, he gets a full allocation the first time.
Chuck Norris was playing Elite Dangerous when he encountered his NPC. They both opened fire. Unfortunately they were of equal strength, and they killed each other, which then caused a massive paradox that caused the universe to collapse. Fortunately Chuck Norris realised what was happening, and by his sheer willpower alone he prevented the universe from imploding. Unfortunately we don't know if it was the REAL Chuck Norris or the IMAGINARY Chuck Norris who saved us. Please don't go trying to find out; I don't want to find we were saved by the imagination of an imaginary NPC! It might cause ANOTHER universe destroying paradox!
