I was wondering if training employees/staff will work in the same way as RCT3?
In one of the pre-viz animations we can see a security guard sitting at a desk,
This leads me to ask... Will there be a training room?
A particular game Theme Hospital had similar management features. Doctors could have different "degrees" of special interest (like surgeon, psychiatrist, etc.) and "higher trained/educated" doctors could teach other doctors. You could build a classroom, with desks and a projector screen [big grin] could be a cool addition to management for PC!
Like as example - employees could start out serving drinks, be trained to run rides, then maybe become a mechanic? Of course you could still just hire a mechanic, but "self trained" employees would be cheaper to pay? or something to that affect
Also, will employees ever leave their post/ride/shop? Can employees "rotate" with each other? like as one gets tired they leave their post to go rest and another worker replaces them? Would this require too many staff to be hired/managed and shops/rides to be momentarily shutdown/delayed?
Or how about an optional "lawn mower" vehicle for certain handymen to use? [weird]
