A couple of points that would make me happy 
- Let the electric fences drain power proportionally to the length, not per fence unit.
- A for me less attractive alternative is to allow merging of fences, but it would also be nice in it self.
- When placing enclosure buildings highlight already placed enclosure buildings especially fences. When I'm making a fence through a forest I always end in a situation where I have to guess if I'm hitting the end of the fence or not.
- Show (or allow toggling) the view cones when placing new fences or viewing-buildings, especially show (maybe in red) the cones from disabled buildings and buildings being constructed.
