Encoded emmissions ss no data beacons or lack there of.

So just touching up my resources encoded and manufactured. So high grades and encoded in a boom system. Now im not having problems finding uss, but been into about 15 encoded emmissions sources and only one data beacon? Im not going to complain really as having about 12 manufactured g3 to g5 materials spewed in the indtance is satisfying, but shouldn't there be beacons in there? Or have the beacons always been rng and i was just lucky before?

Go to anarchy in boom and hit encoded and degraded. Both regularly spawn data points. This coming from a guy who spent the last week half scavenging half pirating.
