Engineering is NOT down as some reporting

Did engineering at two different engineers tonight- no issues, were down in "Remote" but at engineers its working.
FYI

Yes, but did you try the mission boards?
You're still thinking of buggy mess 1.1, we're already in buggy mess 1.2

So... I did actually try the mission boards last night.

Worked just fine >.> Not saying it's not happening for others, just, seemed to work no problems at all for me...

For me it's totally borked, can't scroll down, can't accept more then 4 or 5 missions or the board soft locks.
You can always fly one mission I guess, but this is annoying. PAX board the same.
Good luck working the BGS in that state.

Nevermind, turns out it's just not borked for my faction :D

Loaded the board of all the different factions and finally hit one which killed it all.

As others have stated, that's old news. The remote engineering issue was fixed in the last patch, if you had bothered to read the release notes.

Working the BGS you say?? BGS!?!? Go exploring, trading or shooting the enemies to work the BGS.
Have you tried grinding the Vette?
I did.
Boy, now THAT'S FUN! Yesterday I spent more time in panels, tabs and menus than I spent flying in Sothis and Ceos.
That's it, I'm throwing in the towel.
Walter stays in Ceos and Midian will come to Carcosa in his Vette, he has yet to see Colonia.
Last time he tried, the idiot blew himself up in a neutron star by flying into the cone the opposite way.
At least exploration works, and he'll make a lot of jumps.

I totally hear you. Yesterday, and today I had to leave Sothis and Ceos due to frustration. Too much time stuck in menus. Life is short. I have more days behind me than ahead of me. I want to enjoy them.

Good to know it's still working, because that was fixed on September 23rd.

Just make sure you get here quickly, in case next week's (right?) mission board fix breaks exploration, or hyperspace, or fuel scoops, or something.
I'm already sensing disturbances in the hyperspace. Our actions must have angered the cosmic background radiation. The smartest thing to do now would be detonating Archambault Terminal as soon as possible, to prevent further wrath of gods. Barnabas Cole knew this would happen, and for that he is revered as a saint, despite what all those Federal news agencies tell you.

Pffff it's only 221 jumps, not counting refueling pit stops (I'll take another fuel tank). I reckon I can make it to Carcosa in 6 hours.
