Engineers Engineers are bugged after 3.0

I have grade 5 acces to Hera Tani, have used her before for Power plants, but now ive come back to the game, and i ended up needing more power for the chieftain, so i go to Hera Tani, and i only have grade 1?
When i look at the engineers tab, it says i have grade 5 acces, but when i try to craft, i only have grade 1?
I would appreciate it if you could help me with this Dilemma, or if its a bug, bringing it into the spotlight of Frontier

Read the patch notes. Under the new system, newly-engineered modules must go through all levels, 1 through 5.

You have to restart, from each single module, weapon and utility, always from level 1 until level 5. So, you have to have all materials from level 1 to level 5 and when you reach the level 5 you will have to do from 7 to 14 rolls ( it is random ) fro reach the new maximum value of the module / weapon / utility

I suggest to look the new eng value

Note : You can convert too from old engineer version to the new version

Or earn a guardian hybrid power plant and skip the current engineer grind for a different sort of grind. (this will require time and work, possibly more than just farming for the mats but the experiences will be new)

Can't please all of the people all the time. If you can't put in the work for upgrades, don't use engineers. With remote engineering and material brokers, Frontier reduced the grind by a great deal.
Heck, legacy G5 modules and converted to top tier G4, only NEW modules require going through the upgrade rolls, and it's pretty quick.
