It's the official Hutton Orbital tracker - monitors what you're up to from your Journal (or data feed from Frontier if you're on a console) and puts you in our various league tables for various activities from the Hutton Run, to trade, bounties, exploration etc. It also helps us monitor things like CG input and our home systems - we used it to track operation HOTMESS to mug every station in the galaxy (55,000 of them) and get the top 10 slots in a CG last year.

Wing beacons allowed.

What's the range of a wing beacon in seconds and how long does it take to accelerate back up to full speed in the middle of the run?

It shaves maybe a minute off your final time.

If you're not at full throttle from the start and are having that problem then... You're not going to break the record.

Because of the second star of 3 in the system, and a gravity well, you never actually hit full speed of 2001c either. Think you peak at 1800 odd.
