I am very happy. I find myself checking the forums a lot for clues as to what may come next, but the game is fantastic.

I'm not making money very fast at all, and I finally got into a combat zone for the first time. It was awesome, and I pulled 60k in combat bonds. I even had to fly back to the station with my canopy blew'd open!

I would really like to see some NPC personality, like voice comms with NPCs or little video insets.

Yes, NPCs are the only real mandatory element that is missing from the game (I have seen many ships, but not a single NPC ;)

Hopefully this will be addressed when walking around ships/stations/planets is introduced.

Apart from that: having a blast, looking forward to updates like "PowerPlay" and seeing myself playing this game for a long time...

When that happens they can turn it over to Steam and use their servers. That way they make a few bucks and the players keep on playing.

I'm going to reply to this thread as my 6 year old self "I like Elite because it is good. I can fly spaceships, and shoot people in the face. I like to zoom around asteroids and speak to strange people. When I grow up I want to be a space man".

Yep, Im basically happy. Of course I would like to see more of this and that. Im willing to wait and see. As an old Elite player, Im quite enjoying this. :)

I've been playing since the pill on and off and although i'm not addicted like I was when first starting to play EVE Online I am very happy with what they've got so far and I have a blast every time I play. I have tried a bit of everything so it doesn't go stale but I've never been one to grind. Quite happy in my Cobra and getting tons of use from my DK2 and x52 pro, thanks.

"The best damn space sim ever!" My wingman agreed with his cousin's equivalent comment yesterday. I've always thought this game is an elite game, space sim game elite and absolutely stunning. It is a soil on which imagination grows.

You're kidding, right? I love the game. There are a lot of things I'd like to see (e.g., landing on planets, more variety in missions, user-built facilities, etc.), but even as it is today it's a blast.

I'm not basically happy with this game, I love this game. I'm Steve and I'm an Eliteaholic.

I also can't possibly pick one thing! Erm...

Freedom (mode, career, goals, ships, outfitting, destination...).
