Everyone that is BASICALLY happy with the game post here please

What can i say best space sim ever.

600h00 hours played since november.

Keep it going on cool updates FD.

Everything is not perfect but by the time there is plenty of nice update to enhanced the game.

FD should give us a piece a dream one day with a very first look to planetary landing, atmospheric flight and FPS module. This is my only request : MAKE US DREAM and players will keep buying !!!

Long life to Elite !

Plenty of other positive posts that I concur with. I've played since Alpha, I just love to dip into a RES and have an hour blasting- therapeutic bliss!

Don't ask how much time I have invested in it (and deffo don't tell the missus). Just please squish the background sim bugs!

I loved it when I posted earlier. Then I played in a wing with friends and went to a RES. I love it even more now!

While I don't play as frequently as I did when I started on day one of S.Beta, I still keep coming back for a few hours almost every day of the week. Hopefully, it'll keep me coming back for a very long time. I haven't moved past a vulture but my whole ethos isn't about getting the biggest ship I can. I change it up for the most part between turning my beloved Emperors enemies into dust and terrorizing/destabilizing nearby Federation systems. I still find situations that get my blood flowing and a slight sweat breaks out. Mainly from going into SSS' solo.

All in all, I'm quite happy with Elite: Dangerous and I can't wait to see where time brings the game.

Yes, it's a great game. There have been a steady stream of improvements as well as great new content.
Whatever anyone says, hunting in RES is just so much fun...
Well done F.D. Classic Game.

I think I haven't even posted in this thread yet. My bad. Yes, I am very much happy with the game. (Not blind to its weaknesses, I just think it's an awesome game nonetheless.)

I have to say I'm loving this game. It is so reminiscent of the original but so much more in depth and fun. I enjoy playing it as it is and I can't wait to see what comes next with 1.3. I am just about getting my Cobra to the point when I can go off exploring :) Fly safe CMDRs.

Saying i love this game is a bit of an understatement at this stage...
Being that i've pretty much played this exclusively since launch, purchased the X-55, new headphones and modified my desk for more comfort based around flying with the HOTAS, JUST FOR THIS GAME :D...

This is one of the few games that has managed to keep my attention for this long, and i'm not about to burn out any time soon.
Thank you FD for an amazingly compelling experience!

This is how you know the game is being embraced and loved when loads of players who don't usually post on the moaning threads come together and say something good about the game that they are playing :)

Someone already praised it better that I could ever do, reflecting exactly what I think:

"....My buddy Matt insightfully described Elite: Dangerous as "the best game you’ve ever thought about playing," and he’s right—long after I’ve logged off, I think about what I want to do next. I imagine new weapon layouts for my ship, or new goals I want to hit—gotta gain some Imperial rank so I can get an Achenar permit!—or new things I want to try...."

Absolutely love the game and I'm very excited about the future improvements/expansions. It's up there with Civ V and Skyrim in my personal pantheon of games. I loved how we were thrown in at the deep end and had to actually work out how the universe works, IMO far too many games spoonfeed players these days.

I've not been able to dedicate the time I really would have wanted to so I'm probably a little behind the progress curve of a lot of players who started when I did (I've just bought a Type-7) but Lady Kerebus and mini-Kerebus are off on a Scout camp for a week soon so I'll be able to really give it the dedication the game deserves.

Top job Devs.
