2pm GMT is in the range of quite plausible times, though maybe a little on the early side. Previous experiences of launches of E versions and PC suggest that if things are going smoothly you might be downloading by 4pm. That being said, I can recall one E update had serious problems and wasn't released until sometime after 1am

This is the great part about living on the west coast of NA, even if they release it at the end of their work day, it'll still be early morning for me

Will we be able to pre-download the game and start playing at launch time? Or will we just be able to start the download at that time?
