I've noticed that sometimes when scanning for mission objectives in FSS that the circles are occasionally filled with the mission logo and sometimes not, why the lack of consistency, It's great when the circles are populated with the mission logo as this reduces the time needed to locate the target POI considerably, its a real chore to scan every circle for the mission target.
My suggestion is to place the mission logo in all relevant circles when in FSS
