I just recently found out about faction specific weapons. I am allied to Felicia Winters for over 6 months now and am a post Commander rank. Where do I find the pulse disruptor for Felicia Winters group? I've read posts and they all say that as long as you qualify, they can be found anywhere but I've been to quite a lot of places and have yet to find it. My current ship is an anaconda so the Harding size isn't issue. Any help is appreciated.

Are you at least rank 3 in Power Play for Winters?
Powerplay allegiance is separate from auxiliary navy ranks. You have to do powerplay favors to her to get a higher rank with her. It's actually a bit complicated at first, but there are tutorials for that on the forum in the relevant section.
Oi... Is that the bit where I have to deliver those packages that I can only get at the power contact in certain stations? If so then I know what they are.
Yep, after you have been pledged for four weeks and have 750 merits they will unlock and stay unlocked so long as are keep rank 3 (or higher) with her.
Edit: To be more clear, you can gain ranks at any time by having enough merits for that rank before Thursday, when they are applied and half (roughly, it's called decay) of them go away. So if you pledged to her today, then three weeks from now made sure to have 750 merits before Thursday, you would hit rank 3 with her and just have to wait until the next Tuesday (4 weeks from today), and they would be available. I think the first time I did it I thought I had to hold rank 3 for four weeks, so wanted to make sure it was clear.

I dabbled in power play a few times about 5 months ago, highest I ever made was rank 2. Wish I had known about the weapons then, as I would have done even more. Luckily there is a power contact at the station I use as a home base (shatalov station, lhs 235) so now I just have to do a bunch of errands boy work. I'm still trying to get to the bank to be able to buy the fed Corvette, I'm currently at post Commander so I only got 2 more ranks for that. I guess I'll just take a small break from achieving rear admiral for a bit to get rank 3 in powerplay. Thanks for the info cmdrs. o7
