FC Support Ship forms part of FC?

I remember they said that FC can be engineered. Bad, very bad in my opinion. But that it probably means that you need to engineer at least the FSD to reach that performance.

You got a source on that? I don't think I've seen this anywhere, and it's not like there's been a lot of different info drops on the subject.

Something got me thinking. Tehy say you can't go on the bridge of the carrier. But does that include the support craft? maybe we can fly the support craft, but the true bridge is on the back part of the carrier behind the landing pads or something.

Edit: The above video potentially confirms this as it has a weird bridge like thing on the back end and the support craft on the front.

We'll I can finally make use of the bromellite spots I've found. Just need more bookmarks. Hopefully fleet carriers come with extra bookmarks.

I would definitely not assume any real-time, "commander's chair" piloting of either the FC or support ship

Yeah, my assumption from day one with carriers is that they will basically work like the Gnosis - you jump it somewhere using the system map and when it arrives it is basically a stationary location that functions like an outpost but with large pads included. I certainly don't see myself cruising around a system in one - that's what you'd use the ships it carries for.

FD: "No, you can't go on the bridge of fleet carriers"

Players: "So we can FLY THE SUPPORT SHIP! COOL!"
