So I ran a couple of searches but couldn't really find anything relating to my specific situation.

Last cycle end I got my 1000 credit paycheck from Hudson for my first week at rating 1. Well over the last cycle I earned enough merits that on Thursday I hit rating 4. I have not received any paycheck though. Not a 1000 credit payment for my last cycle's rating nor a 5 million credit payment from hitting rating 4 this cycle. Shouldn't I have at least gotten the 1000 credits? Do you not receive payment at all for a cycle if you increase your rating or was this just a glitch? 5 million credits is not make or break for me but, being relatively new, it wouldn't have hurt. And I would like to know what happened so I'm not missing out on a 50 million credit check for some reason once I hit rating 5. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

It is not a bug, you work a week in hand next cycle you will get the merits

Sorry but I'm not sure I follow you here. I was talking about credits not merits. It registered my merits just fine, but I did not receive a credit payment for either a level 1 rating or level 4 rating. Just no credits at all. So I was wondering if there was an actual reason for this? Bug or you just don't get paid the week you level up your rating?

So long as you are with a power, you will always get paid at least 1000cr every thursday. If you were simply not paid this last thursday, then something has gone wrong. If you were listed as rating 4 (regardless of your merit count) when thursday hit, you should have 5mil waiting for you.

If you ask me, you should extensively double check that you haven't made an error, and then contact support or file a bug report.

You should have 1000Cr in your transactions, redeemable via Contacts at stations.
Now, if you were rank 4 when the cycle ticked, it means you will get paid the 5M NEXT week, because you always get paid according to merit balance you had at the start of the cycle.
You are basically paid a week late.

This is what I thought. I have picked up the 1000 credits before so I knew what to look for and how to get it. It just simply wasn't there this last time tho. I really don't want to submit a ticket over 1000 credits but if it happens again then I will, but for now I will just hope that it was a one time thing.
