Felicity Farseer vs Elvira Martook? (2.1 question/discussion/spoilers)

With 2.1 out, I got contacted by some exploration engineers.

I visited a couple, and started working with one. Looking at what FSD customization that Elvira Martook offers, it seems like a pretty thorough range of options.
Does Felicity Farseer offer the same FSD options, or does she do a different values-range versions of those same modifications, or does she offer some other kind of modifications altogether?

There are differences between them (such as that one also customizes shields while the other also does powerplants), but when they modify the same type of module, is their work different?

I ask because Farseer's reputation requirements initially seemed higher to me. (Martook apparently contact pilots who have travelled over 300LY from their origin, and her requested show-of-good-faith downpayment was some rare commodities located also 300 LY away. Wheras Farseer contacts explorers who have Scout rank and her downpayment is meta-alloys) But on reflection, maybe those requirements aren't so different after all. 300LY in the bubble will probably get you Scout rank if you've been scanning, and Pleiades (meta-alloys) isn't that much further than 300LY either, though it does involve surface exploration.

Can't log in at the moment as the servers are down, but from what i remember, assuming i was reading the UI right, Farseer will do grade 5 FSD mods whereas Martook only goes up to grade 3.

Don't read the spoiler if you like finding stuff out for yourself.

Having said that, Martook will put you in touch with two other engineers, so it's worth gaining rep with her for that.

back up, just logged in...

I think in terms of FSD, both offer the same, but Farseer also offers up to, I believe, tier 3 engine upgrades. Given how damn useful going fast in 2.1 is, especially for explorers, I'd say she has the edge.
