General Gameplay Fence Mechanics

Small dinosaurs, with the exception of pachycephalosaurids, shouldn't be able to break through concrete walls. The raptors should climb non-electrified fences when they get agitated. All animals should take health damage when they attack an electric fence.

I like the idea, visually, of them climbing out, but from a game play viewpoint, it's a management sim. They want you to manage chaos. What would the Rangers have to fix? For this kind of idea to work you'd need to introduce something else in conjunction.

From a gameplay point of view, I would suggest that a training behaviour mechanic be introduced - I haven't fully thought this through (but I know there's a whole other thread with great ideas about behaviour/animations). But essentially it would be the better you can train your dinos, the less they will climb? This gives us that 'something else' to manage entirely instead of fence repairs - which would still happen but be more realistic when it's only larger, stronger dinos breaking them. This could even be a whole new 'Security' DLC headed up by Owen and Lambert - maybe a new building where you can train the small carnivores to specifically take down other dinos of your choice. They could have different levels of 'taming' whereby the better trained they are then a) they display more obedient behaviours in general e.g. don't need the gene modification to lower their comfort rating and therefore less likely to climb out of non-electric enclosures PLUS b) say level 1 they can hunt small herb dinos on command, level 2 the medium herbs and small carno dinos and level 3 the larger armoured herb dinos and level 4 the larger carnos..... with exception of maybe the sauropods?
