So basically I've been inspired by the file share system from halo 3 and mario maker, we always see player submitted photos of these amazing unique park designs and my untalented self always wishes i could play on those parks, I propose the idea of a cross platform file share system that allows creators to upload their designs and attach customised missions for players to play in challenge mode or free play, it would create a sense of community in a single player game for players who don't get involved, do you think its a good idea?

I somewhat agree, although this is far from being what the game needs the most right now, in my opinion, but it would be a cool addition.
In fact, I think if they eventually implement a visitor's mode where third players could roam around someone else's parks and/or some media management to deepen guest management like Pixelated Sparkster suggested, this would be a nice linking to the system too.
I at least wouldn't mind visiting some of the awesome parks put there
