Finding Bulletin Board "Bounty" targets

I'm planning on giving the bulletin boards a go. More specifically, where I need to go out, find, and kill a specific target.

Do I just wander around the suggested places they've been seen & check USS's?

If so, would I therefore need to interdict these targets? I've not tried interdicting yet, or would they likely be hanging around extraction sites?

If not, how or where else might I find the targets?

For the Bulletin board missions you need to fly into Unidentified signal sources in one of the possible locations. Hang around in each one to see if a single target appears; if one does wait for it to update your contract, it will do so after sending you comms (Sometimes it bugs and says nothing so just wait around). After your contract has been updated it will give you a single system to check. Just check every USS as you did before and you will face against your opponent whom will be in either an Anaconda or a Federal dropship.

No need to interdict them. Bring a kill warrant scanner and scan them to get any extra bounties of them. If you have yet to fight an Anaconda or Federal Dropship bring at least a Viper, Cobra or higher combat ready ship. Target the Power Plant subtarget to kill them as fast as possible.

Once you've got the updated location, go there and just sit still in SC; the USS will spawn in front of you.
