Nastrond is no longer an Anarchy and has lost it's compromised nav beacon.

Currently the only Anarchy CNBs known are:

I've just checked all the anarchy systems in my list and these are the only ones with active CNBs right now.

I've just come from NLTT 16391 which has one. Sorry, didn't take details of the system, I just shot up a few ships for a million in bounties before returning to the CG nearby at Betel.
It has a planetary outpost at 2300 ls, a coriolis Bisson dock at 2340 ls, and another planetary outpost at 4000 ls.
