5PIDER has been around here for a bit now. I'd expect this was ticketed when found. However, discussing the bugs on the forum is actually good and can give others a heads up and support some more contextual information on what is happening.
This has been pretty obvious for several days with numerous threads about it. Not exactly a state secret...
I would be very interested to know if this is the case. They shouldn't need to do daily maintenance, so there must still be some bugs that surface with run time that need to be resolved. Perhaps taking the daily maint. out will allow them to see the bugs run their course and will help them do a root cause analysis.
The dev's have even confirmed it's existence and are working to resolve it...

Weird, I claimed a bounty just yesterday morning, there hasn't been a patch since then so this might need to meet certain conditions to apply.
The issue here is not bounties CLAIMED, but rather bounties and fines on the player.
Ah my bad, but it would still apply, i picked up a 300 cr wanted level, SC'd to the station and cleared it.
