I agree with the OP!

The Federal Corvette deserves an upgrade to compensate it downsides:
1. Upgrade the existing Class 1 Hardpoints to Class 2 - keeping them at current position;
2. Upgrade the existing Class 2 Hardpoints to Class 3 - keeping them at current position;

Reason... the Federal Corvette cannot run (quite slow ship) and not quite a shield-tank either...
It still has power plant/capacitors to spare for the proposed upgrade to work well.

Is it possible to make it a poll and turned into a community goal afterwards?
