Flat sandbox

Really. No flat sandbox option.

I know when I'm making a park I want a flat surface to start. If I want a hill, lake, or any other terrain I'll put in in myself.

Yes- I know I could spend a lot of time deleting the stuff they decided to force us with and then completly flatten it. But,

1. it makes a stupid cliff face at the boarder,
2. I want to build a park not fixe the stuff that shouldn't have been there in the first place.

But isn't this a taiga exclusive thing? I agree Taiga actually has a lot of terrain to the right. Temperate has small hilly edges and the other two are mostly flat. Keep in mind that landscaping and sculpting is part of the park building experience.

I'm all for maximum options and flexibility.
I love going full in with detail, making everything from scratch. I love sculpting the landscape. Not everyone does though. I'd love this game to be as easy or difficult as the player wants it to be. I want it to be accessible and fun for everybody.

Again, Planet Zoo did it perfectly with the map options. Flat and sculpted versions of each biome as well as the height map options. I'd love to see this back for PC2.

Oh, and PLEASE Frontier, a flat, endless ocean map for every biome where you can just raise the land out of the water to make your islands.

Yes, then let us adjust outside of the line. And it's sandbox. The experience should be sandbox not pushed into a forced terrain.
