What happens if one jumps into a system out of reach of current ship fsd jump ranges and the system is bereft of mineable resources to refuel the carrier


Bad luck? Same if you're in a ship and jump out of range, hope another FC brings you sufficient fuel
 
What is the chance of a runaway nuclear fusion? Can fleet carriers be detonated?

(Not a question ish)- fueling carriers: do we collect and drop fuel like an open ended cargo depot mission, or is tritium treated like a material and cannot be stolen or lost? If its the former pleeeeeeaaase make signal sources and NPCs carry tritium as a cargo for us to steal. If its the latter please make it the former, tritium would be a great driver for gameplay.

3. Even though it's generally assumed that one player can put multiple ships on a Carrier, the ongoing lack of confirmation of this is getting a bit worrying. Please confirm that a ship-transfer mechanism will be supplied.

4. It has 16 pads. How many ships can it carry? 16?

5. Is Lithium Hydroxide the material that must be mined to make Tritium (if you don't buy it directly)?
 
Pads, why 16 springs to mind.
Will docked ships be persistent, will a ship remain visible and take up a pad regardless of it being your current ship. Do CMDRs ships disappear when they log off.
 
Q How can exploration FCs far out generate constant revenue even when the owner is not online? Or are exploration FCs at a disadvantage?
Q Is the weekly update cost dependant on the system the carrier is in? (makes sense that systems with higher player traffic are more valuable, if player driven markets are a thing)
Q How much adds each unlocked service to the upkeep cost?
Q 5 bn is the base cost of a FC. What exacly can be bought to upgrade them and how much do these things cost?
 
Q Tritium is a gas, just three times heavier than the Hydrogen we scoop from stars. Will we mine this gas directly from asteroids, or will we obtain it indirectly by mining, say, Lithium?

Q How did you arrive at the figure of 5 billion credits for the FCs ? Is it a median figure of assets? Or something else?

Q What are those ramps for that we see at the front of the ship?

Q Will docked ships (assuming they are on the pad) be vulnerable to attack by others, or can the FC protect them in some way ?
 
Q:
Will Carriers have the same game play interaction as Megaships? ie Turrets, Data Terminals, Comms Array, and Cargo Bay
Can Carriers be damaged or put into a reduced capacity state? (not destroyed)
Can Thargoids damage Carriers in the same manner as stations?
Can Thargoids interdict a Carriers in witchspace during travel to another system?
Can Carriers be used in conjunction with Rescue Vessel at damaged stations?
