Fleet Carriers - Dev Questions

Q: Will an FC purchase be as simple as handing over the credits?
I'd rather like some sort of unlocking process to make it a more engaging process than a simple financial transaction.
 
Will carriers have a reactor capable of generating enough tritium for a standard jump (given enough time - hours? Days?), and can this time be bypassed by mining or buying tritium directly? (Would render the entire 'jump into place where no minable tritium is found' situation into a non-problem)
 
Q Can you steal from Carriers in the same way goods can be stolen from Megaships and Installations?
Q We know Carriers can't be destroyed, but can they be damaged?
Q What defences do Carriers have? Can the player pick from a variety of defensive weapons or is there just a standard load-out?
Q Is there some sort of CAP (Combat Air Patrol) I can assign for my Carrier?
Q Do Carriers come with Fighter Bays (like Installations do) and can I launch fighters to defend the Carrier?
Q How precise is Carrier Navigation? Can I target planets, installations and Signal Sources and tell my Carrier to go there?
Q When plotting a new Carrier jump to another system, do the Commanders with ships onboard get notified ahead of time of that jump? How far in advance are they told?
Q Can NPCs trade with Carriers?
Q How precisely can I set tariffs on goods? Per good type or per individual good?
Q For trading, do I just buy goods and put in storage for future sale, or is there a way for me to make/grow/manufacture some of those goods myself to meet any demand for those goods?
Q Are the creation of those goods dependent on other materials/modules in-game? Can I for example, add a Hi-Tech module to my Carrier so it can make Battle Weapons for future sale?
Q Can I open Black Markets on my Carrier?
 
Q. If the market on-board can be set by the player, what happens if the player decides to sell narcotics etc. and then jumps to a system where they are illegal?
Would this even be possible?

Q. If they are not destroyable, doesn't this mean the possibility of having an illegal market in a system whilst the ship is there?
 
Q. Will it be possible to do something like this?

Will Frontier be sticking hard to the plans of finally giving endgame players some real content that encompasses the entire game?

Q. Will there be a price reduction for the Beta?
Q. Have the Fleet Carriers been tested out in VR?
Generally everything in betas is at 10% of original cost. I'm thinking they will give us all FCs as part of the Beta.
When things do need commodities, its usually Fish
Probably tested in some but not all VR.
 
Just saw this on steam. 5 billion? Are they serious!? At least do some sort of loan scheme with monthly payments!

Q. Will a "Carrier journal" of Carrier actions / transactions be produced by the game in some way, analogous to the CMDR journal produced for player actions?
 
Q. If there are different modules IE exploration/Trading /mining can you have all of them and change according to what you want to do at the time, if so where are they stored.

Q. If all pads are full on your FC is there one reserved for the owner or is it like outposts I have to wait.
 
Q. Can Thargoids interact with fleet carriers?
Q. Is there any plan for a Xeno combat specific FC?
Q. What happens to all those stored ships when the FC decays due to neglect?
